Being Thrown Under the Bus!

(Texts are below)

Oh, how good and pleasant it is, * when kindred live together in unity!

It is like fine oil upon the head that runs down upon the beard, *

and runs down upon the collar of his robe.

It is like the dew of Hermon that falls upon the hills of Zion. * For there the Lord

has ordained the blessing: What is the blessing? It is Life for evermore.

There are different ways to live together in life, in families, in community. There is harmony, where love and acceptance flow, there is harsh disunity where we get hurt, offended, and even throw each other under the bus. And there is the working-it-out unto GOOD.

Of course, we all love the harmony part – when we live together in unity and we enjoy the gladness, the safety, and belonging this brings – This which the Psalmist proclaims God has ordained a blessing – life – and life forever more.
